I’m Stephanie Medina — a lead graphic designer with a passion for creating meaningful work that connects people, tells honest stories, and brings ideas to life through thoughtful design.
My career has taken me through a wide range of creative environments, from designing packaging for major national brands to leading visual direction in the healthcare and academic space. I’ve created marketing campaigns, supervised interns and new team members, guided photo shoots, and helped shape the look and feel of the organizations I’ve worked with. No matter the project, I approach every piece with intention, curiosity, and a commitment to quality.
But what drives me most is people.
I love understanding what matters to a community, a team, or an audience — and using design to make something that feels welcoming, clear, and human. Whether I’m collaborating across departments, helping a colleague bring a concept to life, or creating visuals that support a mission, I show up with empathy, creativity, and a genuine desire to make things better.
Outside of the work itself, I’m someone who values connection, loyalty, and showing up for others. I’m a team player who believes that the best ideas come from collaboration, and that design has the power to make people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
Design is my craft, people are my purpose, and I’m proud of the work I get to create at the intersection of both.
